# Dhaba, cafe, bakery, or parcel only

The same floor flow covers a dhaba, a cafe, a bakery, and a takeaway counter. Parcel-only shops do not need dining tables.

The product does not care if you serve thali, espresso, or pav. It cares that staff can open a ticket. A dhaba, a cafe, a bakery, a counter, and a food truck can use the same app.

The flow is the same: menu, ticket, pay, summary. Your categories will differ. The app will not.

# Seating, or parcel only

If people sit down, add dining tables and take the order at the table. If you only do takeaway, parcel, or a food truck, start a parcel ticket. Several can stay open, with an optional name or reference. You do not need a fake table, and you do not need seating for the app to fit.

A seated shop can run tables and parcel together on the same screen.
