# Best Posist Alternatives for Small Restaurants

Posist is now Restroworks. Small restaurants looking for a Posist alternative usually need less platform, not another chain suite.

People still search Posist years after the Restroworks rebrand. The alternative they want is usually 'something smaller than what the demo showed'.

**SpoonCub**is that smaller shape: a phone, your menu, your tables, takeaway tickets, and a close. It is not a rebranded Posist and it does not aim at the same chains.

# Match the alternative to the gap

- Too many modules in the Posist demo: use SpoonCub and stop at the ticket.

- You liked the chain reports and only hated the price: talk to Restroworks, or a full POS, not to a floor app.

- You need GST invoices for the accountant: SpoonCub shows a GST breakup on the ticket. It does not file returns. Keep your accountant's tool.
