# Disclaimer

What stays with your restaurant: menu prices, GST, guest payments, and the bills your team sends.

SpoonCub helps your team take orders and close bills. Read this with the [terms of use](https://spooncub.com/terms/index.md).

# Your bills

Prices, discounts, item names, and the decision to mark a bill paid are yours. Check a bill before you share it. The sale is between you and your guest. We are not part of that sale.

# GST

If you enter a GST percent and a GSTIN, a completed bill can show them. That is a breakup on the bill. It is not a tax return, and it is not tax advice. Check your own GST position with your accountant.

# Guest payments

If you save a UPI ID, checkout can show a code for the amount due. The guest pays you on that UPI ID. We do not receive the money, and we do not know whether the guest paid. Your team still marks the bill paid. Cash and card payments work the same way: they are yours.

# WhatsApp

Sharing a bill opens WhatsApp on the phone. Whether the message is delivered is outside SpoonCub.

# The website

Guides and articles on the website are general. They are not a promise about your account, and they are not legal or tax advice.

# If the app is unavailable

Phones and networks can fail. Keep another way to serve guests if you cannot use the screen. A new order can be saved only while the app has a connection.
