# Terms of use

The agreement for using the SpoonCub website and staff app, including accounts, plans, and bills.

These terms are the agreement between you and TechInventify for the SpoonCub website and the staff app. Creating a restaurant or sending an enquiry means you agree to them.

# Who can use it

SpoonCub is for a restaurant and the people that restaurant allows to sign in. You must be able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the people you add.

# Accounts

- You can create a restaurant on the website. We email a confirmation link. Sign-in stays closed until that link is used.

- The person who creates the restaurant is the owner. The owner decides who else can sign in, and what they are allowed to do.

- Keep passwords to yourself, and remove people who leave the restaurant.

- We may refuse a sign-up that is incomplete, abusive, or not a real restaurant.

# Acceptable use

Use SpoonCub for your own restaurant: tables, takeaway, the menu, bills, and the day's collection. Do not try to break, overload, or copy the service, and do not use it to mislead guests about prices, tax, or payment.

We may suspend a restaurant that misuses the service, or that does not renew after the plan ends.

# Plans

Access is for one restaurant, for the trial or the paid period we agree. A new restaurant starts on a trial. When a paid period ends, access may continue for a short time and then stop until the plan is renewed.

You pay us by bank transfer, UPI, or another way we agree. The plan starts after we confirm the payment. We do not take a card on the website. If you pay us online, the [refund and cancellation](https://spooncub.com/legal/refunds/index.md) page still applies.

The price and the trial length are shown before you start, and on your plan screen after you are in.

# Bills and guest payments

- Guests do not order through SpoonCub. Your team enters the orders.

- If you save a UPI ID, checkout can show a code so a guest can pay you. That payment comes to you. We do not collect it and we do not confirm it. Your team still marks the bill paid.

- GST shown on a bill is the breakup you set. It is not a tax filing. You remain responsible for your prices, your GSTIN, and your returns.

- Sharing a bill on WhatsApp opens WhatsApp on that person's phone. We do not deliver the message.

# Your information

Menu, orders, and staff details you enter belong to your restaurant. You decide what your team types, including a guest mobile number. How we use that information is in the [privacy policy](https://spooncub.com/privacy/index.md).

# Availability

We work to keep SpoonCub available. We do not promise that it will be available every minute, or that a phone or network outside our control will work. Saving an order needs a working connection.

SpoonCub is provided as it is. We are not responsible for lost profit, a wrong bill your team sent, or a guest payment we never handled. Where we are responsible, that responsibility is limited to the plan fees you paid us for that restaurant in the three months before the claim. This does not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

# Ending this agreement

You can ask us to close the restaurant. We can close it if these terms are broken, or if the plan has ended and is not renewed. Amounts already due stay due. A payment already made is covered on the [refund page](https://spooncub.com/legal/refunds/index.md).

# Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at the city of our registered office can hear a dispute, after you have written to us and given us a fair chance to put it right.
