A cloud kitchen should buy software for the way tickets actually move, not because a POS ad showed a fine-dining floor.
What the shift looks like
Most cloud kitchens are a screen of Swiggy and Zomato tickets. The software question is how those tickets reach the kitchen. A second question is how you take your own phone and WhatsApp orders without mixing them up.
Where SpoonCub fits
SpoonCub only answers the second question. Staff create a parcel order and can store a reference. It will not pull aggregator orders, sync the menu to those apps, or replace UrbanPiper.
Where it does not
If app delivery is the business, start with an aggregator tool or a POS that connects to one. Use SpoonCub only for the direct orders you choose to type. Do not expect one phone app to do both.
- Staff place every order. Guests do not scan a QR.
- Takeaway is a parcel ticket. Seated service is a table.
- Checkout records UPI, cash, card, or other.
- There is no inventory count and no kitchen display.
