Near the end, pay from the staff app. You can pay month to month, or once for the year. Standard is ₹399 a month or ₹3,999 a year. The plan stays active after the payment is captured. Miss it and you enter a short grace, then access stops until a payment is recorded.

- Expired: login is blocked with a clear message
- Owner and Manager can see plan and payment history in the app
