Aggregators bring delivery customers. SpoonCub runs the people already sitting at your tables. Different job. Do not buy one expecting the other.
If your problem is “get more online orders,” talk to an aggregator. If your problem is “the floor is chaos and I don’t know table 3’s bill,” that is SpoonCub.
We are explicit about what we are not: diner QR menus, kitchen display systems, inventory, GST invoices, food-delivery marketplaces.
Buy it when
- You have tables (even a few) and staff taking orders
- You want tickets and collection on a phone
- You will accept that we onboard you — no self-serve signup
If you only do parcel from a window with no seating, say so when you write to us. We will tell you honestly if the table model is a stretch.
